PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble and inconvenience for performing arrangement and adjustment in length by allowing a paper sheet to be nicely folded to have the same folded width. SOLUTION: The toilet paper holder includes: a main body part 2 for freely rotatably holding a rolled toilet paper sheet 1 with the core horizontally directed; and a paper receiver 7 provided under the main body part 2 so as to receive the toilet paper sheet 1 fed downward. An upper surface 10 in the bottom of the paper receiver 7 is formed by obtaining a chevron shape in a side view with a front slope part 10a inclining downward to a front side and a rear slope part 10b inclining downward to a rear side, and also by allowing a ridge line 10c made by the front and rear slope parts 10a, 10b to correspond to the suspending lower end 1a of the toilet paper sheet 1 and to be arranged substantially under the lower end.
