摘要 An accelerometer calibration method and a device using the transverse vibration of a beam are provided to calibrate an accelerometer at all calibration frequency bands, by a vibration excitation system securing high acceleration by organically combining an exciter and the sine excitation characteristic of the beam and changing vibration frequency and acceleration. In an accelerometer calibration method using a vibration generating unit providing sine vibration to an accelerometer(10) and an optical interferometer(50) for measuring vibration displacement, sine vibration is applied to the accelerometer by using exciting force of an exciter(20) and vibration frequency of support beams(40a,40b) formed at both ends. The sine vibration is applied by matching the acceleration of the exciter and vibration frequency of both support beams.
