<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the maintenance cost for alteration and modification of SLA (Service Level Agreement) contract information of an SLA monitoring system. <P>SOLUTION: Although the SLA contract information by each terminal has been managed separately in a maintenance service support system 31 and a maintenance service base system 32a of a maintained system 2 and a maintenance system 3, in this SLA monitoring system, the information is centralized-managed by SLA management DB 22c by each terminal of a maintained center 22, and when a fault occurs in a terminal device 21 and fault information is given to the maintenance system 3, the SLA contract information concerned with the terminal device 21 causing a fault is added to the fault information, which is transmitted to the maintenance system 3, whereby the management of the SLA contract information at the maintenance system 3 and the maintenance service base system 32a is eliminated to reduce the maintenance cost for data consistency between the maintained system 2 and the maintenance system 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
