<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the behavior of a customer, based on information detected by a plurality of sensors mounted on a shopping cart, and to provide adequate information which conforms to the behavior of the customer. <P>SOLUTION: In a shopping-support program, information detected by sensors 1a, 1b and 1c is acquired by an action-analysis means 4, and an action pattern determination rule, having sensor conditions which the acquired information satisfies, is detected from an action pattern determination rule storage means 2. Then, the contents of processing of an information-providing service conforming to the action pattern determining rule, which is determined by the action-analysis means 4, are acquired from a service processing storage means 3 by a service-providing means 5, and the provision of the information is executed via a display device 1d, in accordance with the acquired contents of the processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
