<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a manufacturing method of an arc discharge container. <P>SOLUTION: In an assembly for forming a hollow ceramic arc discharge container, a first section 12 equipped with a first joining edge part 17 and a second section 14 provided with a second joining edge part 15 are installed, the first joining edge part 17 has a convex sealing surface having a radius of curvature R1, the second joining edge part 15 has a concave sealing surface having a radius of curvature R2, and the hollow ceramic discharge container is formed when R2 is larger than R1 and the first section 12 and the second section 14 are joined to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
