<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter capable of arranging the convex lens-like section of a light concentrating plate and a crystal semiconductor particle with improved positioning, and relaxing stress due to the positional misalignment of each material after arrangement, a difference in thermal expansion, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric converter comprises: a plurality of crystal semiconductor particles 2 installed on the main surface of a conductive substrate 1 with an interval; and the light concentrating plate 8, where a recess 10 for covering each crystal semiconductor particle 2 is formed on a lower surface and the convex lens-like section 9 for condensing light at each crystal semiconductor particle 2 is formed on an upper surface. The ratio of the sum of depth 13 of the recess 10 and height 12 of the convex lens-like section 9 to a thickness 11 in the light concentrating plate 8 is not less than 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
