PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming mold assembly capable of molding a good foamed product while enhancing productivity. SOLUTION: The foaming mold assembly includes a lower mold 20 and an upper mold 30 and a main on-off mechanism 50 for opening and closing the upper mold 30 with respect to the lower mold 20. The upper mold 30 has a mold main body 31 having an opening 31a and a split part 32 formed separately from the mold main body 31 to open and close the opening the mold main body 31. Further, an auxiliary on-off mechanism 60 for opening and closing the split part 32 with respect to the opening 31a of the mold main body 31 between a closing position and an opening position is provided. When the split part 32 is present at the closing position, the molding surface 30x of the upper mold 30 is constituted by the mold main body 31 and the molding surfaces 31x and 32x of the split part 32 and a venting gap G is formed between the peripheral edge of the opening 31a and the outer peripheral edge of the split part 32.
