PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dash warning system for warning a driver in a vehicle against a dash if children and students are likely to dash to a road and a traffic intersection. SOLUTION: The warning system comprises: an index calculating section for calculating an index of an object by using vibration information detected by a vibration detecting section in a portable terminal held by the object for a predetermined time; a server side information receiving section for receiving position information of the portable terminal from the portable terminal held by the object; an information acquirement requesting/accepting section for receiving position information of the vehicle from a navigation apparatus; an information searching section for searching the object positioned within a predetermined range from the position information of the vehicle based on the position information of the portable terminal of the object and the vehicle, and extracting the position information and the index of the object; a dangerous information generating section for generating dangerous information by using the extracted position information and the index of the portable terminal; and a warning/informing section for displaying or acoustically outputting the dangerous information by using the navigation apparatus.
