PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report the number of setting times of a destination wherein the destination is set by narrowing a spot where the destination is set or the data and time when the destination is set. SOLUTION: Destination position information showing the position of the set destination, destination setting spot information showing the spot where the destination is set, and destination setting date-and-time information showing the data and time when the destination is set are transmitted to an information center 4 (S130). The number of setting times of the destination wherein a facility pertinent to a narrowing condition designated by a user operation is set as the destination is acquired from the information center 4 having a database 42 wherein the destination position information, the destination setting spot information and the destination setting date-and-time information are accumulated (S130, S132), and reported from a reporting device (S134).
