PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system of a practical level which generates high power efficiently by human power. SOLUTION: A servo motor 11 is used as a generator, and power is generated by transmitting rotation of a pedal 3 to the servo motor 11, by which a load when rotating the pedal 3 is constituted to become small enough to enable power generation even by the human power. A diameter of a secondary pulley 6 is made smaller than that of a primary pulley 5, and a tertiary pulley 9 of a large diameter is fitted with the same shaft of the secondary pulley 6, then the servo motor 11 is coupled to the tertiary pulley 9, by which the servo motor 11 is constituted to rotate at a high speed through slight rotation of the pedal 3 to enable generation of the high power efficiently.
