PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a group to which a received signal belongs, without performing complex data demodulation processing with respect to the signal in an environment where a plurality of groups coexist. SOLUTION: A wireless transmitter 1 comprises: ID signal storage means 21 for storing an ID signal that identifies a group to which a data signal to be transmitted belongs and for providing, for each group, second or higher-order statistical properties unique to each group; data modulation means 22 for modulating the data signal; wireless signal ID assignment means 23 for associating the modulated signal thus modulated with the stored ID signal and for generating a signal to be transmitted, by assigning second or higher-order statistical properties corresponding to the ID signal to the modulated signal that is associated with the ID signal; and wireless signal transmission means 24 for wirelessly transmitting the signal thus generated.
