PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency by mitigating quick contraction and quick expansion of a channel and reducing turbulence of flow in the channel comprising an upper stay ring and a lower stay ring opposing to a plurality of stay vanes and having nonparallel meridian plane shapes of the channel by the upper stay ring and the lower stay ring. SOLUTION: A flow guides 12a or 12b is provided on the upper stay ring 3, the lower stay ring 5 or both of those between a part of stay vanes to mitigate quick contraction and quick expansion of a channel in the channel comprising the upper stay ring 3 and the lower stay ring 4 opposing to the plurality of stay vanes 2 and having the nonparallel meridian plane shapes of the channel by the upper stay ring 3 and the lower stay ring 4.
