PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM signal receiving apparatus, a digital broadcasting receiving apparatus, and an OFDM signal receiving method, which enable insurance of the sufficient presumption precision of a transmission line characteristic even on the occasion of moving at high speed. SOLUTION: The OFDM signal receiving apparatus is equipped with a time directional interpolation portion 155 for interpolating a transmission line characteristic of a data symbol in a time direction by using an FIR filter, and a frequency directional interpolation portion 156 for interpolating the transmission line characteristic of the data symbol in a frequency direction by using an FIR filter. Moreover, the receiving apparatus is provided with a RAM 160 for storing transmission line state information CSI, and the RAM 160 stores information CSI on the states of a plurality of transmission lines corresponding to a plurality of pilot symbols being at the same frequency directional position, in a storage area having the same address.
