PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk player achieving cost saving by reducing the number of components and the assembling man-hour. SOLUTION: The back surface of a base plate 1 of a disk player is provided with a lead screw 7, a motor 3, and a gear unit 4. An energizing member 5 is disposed between the lead screw 7 and the motor 3. The energizing member 5 integrally forms a section 5a to be fixed into the gear unit 4, a first retaining section 5b for applying a thrust load to the tip of the lead screw 7, and a second retaining section 5c for applying the thrust load to the tip of shaft 3a of the motor 3 by a plate having spring properties. A first taper surface 9a is formed on the outer periphery of a bearing member 9 rotatably supporting the other end of the lead screw 7, and a second taper surface 9b is formed within a shaft hole through which the lead screw 7 is inserted.
