PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for preventing the flaking of concrete, which is excellent in adherability and an anti-flaking effect. SOLUTION: In this construction method for preventing the flaking of the concrete, a fiber mesh sheet is stuck with polymer cement mortar. The construction method is characterized as follows: both surfaces of the fiber mesh sheet are composed of polypropylene fibers to which corona discharge imparts wettability; and a skeleton concrete-side wetting index of the fiber mesh sheet is lower than a surface layer-side one.
