PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for tires, containing surface-treated staple fibers and a metallic soap, to provide a rubber comprising the rubber composition, and to provide such a tire including the rubber. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for tires contains surface-treated staple fibers and a metallic soap. The rubber comprises the above composition. The tire includes the above rubber.
