PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a mounting part, to simplify a structure and to strengthen mounting strength by applying a special device to the structure to mount a magazine and a hook on a grip part. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the magazine and the hook is constituted by butting an upper end part of a stay 21 extending upward from a rear part of the magazine 5 on a bracket 24 extending downward from a rear part of the grip part, forming right and left holding pieces 31 and a connecting piece 32 to connect rear ends of these holding pieces 31 to each other in a U-shape on a mounting member 20, providing the hook 27 free to mount and fixing a butting part of the bracket 24 and the stay 21 by holding it from right and left by the holding pieces 31 of the mounting member 20 and holding it from front and back by the bracket 24 and the connecting piece 32.
