PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out cleaning in operation in which labor is saved by reducing load applied to hands when raising a roll unit in a state rotated by about 90°when cleaning. SOLUTION: This food dough-forming machine 1 is equipped with a roll unit 5 equipped with a roll gap control handle 4 inclinably and raisably supported through a rotating shaft 3, a conveyer unit 11 arranged on inclined direction side of the roll unit 5 and a forming mechanism 6 composed of a rolling pressure unit 21 equipped with a rolling plate-controlling handle 22 oppositely arranged above the conveyer unit 11 and a curl net 31. In the food dough-forming machine, the rotating shaft 3 supporting the roll unit 5 is installed in nearly central part close to mutual center of gravity of a fixed roll 6 and a movable roll 7 mutually oppositely arranged, and a balance weight P is additionally installed in an upper-side corner part at the rear end of the roll unit 5.
