The present application relates to a cosmetic composition comprising: - between 0.1% and 70% by weight, relative to the weight of the cosmetic composition, of at least one polyester that can be obtained by reaction: - of at least one polyol comprising 3 to 6 hydroxyl groups; - of at least one nonaromatic monocarboxylic acid; - of at least one aromatic monocarboxylic acid, and - of at least one polycarboxylic acid comprising at least 2 carboxylic groups COOH and/or a cyclic anhydride of such a polycarboxylic acid, - 1% to 90% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition of at least one non-volatile oil, and - 0.01% to 50% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition, of at least one dyestuff, and - 5% to 70% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, of at least one wax. The application also relates to a cosmetic treatment process which employs said composition, and to the use of this composition for caring for or making up the skin or the lips. |
