A METHOD FOR REALIZING DUAL-STANDBY CALL OF DUAL-MODE MOBILE TERMINAL

Dual-mode mobile terminal A which is on dual-standby mode and in the static of communicating with terminal B includes the first control module and the second control module. When the terminal A receives call from terminal C, the terminal A performs the following step: (a) the terminal A receives the call request from the terminal C, and if current talk network mode is judged to support call-holding service, call of the terminal B is hold up and the terminal B is in the static of call-holding when the terminal A selects to take the call from the terminal C; (b) the terminal A judges whether the network standard of the terminal C is identical with current network stadard, if so, then call-holding service is started, if not, the control right of voice I/O module in the terminal A is switched to the control module of corresponding network stadard, and the talk with the terminal C is connected. In the invention, when dual-standby of dual-mode mobile terminal is realized, the call from current standard or other standard terminal can be received simultaneously without hanging up current talk.
