A vegetable dehydrator is provided to improve efficiency of hydrating by mounting an inner tank inside an outer tank and forming a driving plate formed at a lid part for rotating an inner tank by centrifugal force. A vegetable dehydrator comprises an inner tank(50) removing moisture by rotating, an outer tank(60) receiving dehydrated moisture, and a lid part(10) having a driving unit for rotating the inner tank. The inner tank consists of plural dehydrating holes(52), and an axial grooves(53). The outer tank has a projection shaft(61) having the predetermined height to have separated intervals when the inner tank is mounted. A rotating projection(21) and an engaged projection(51) are rotated each other. The lid part includes an engaged part of a driving plate(20) inserted into the shaft hole of a holding bar(12) to assemble a fixing cap with the holding bar, and a separation prevention port and an engaging hole assembled downward the driving plate. The engaged port is fixed on an engaging pole of the fixing cap. A drawing line for operating the engaged part of the driving plate is wound. A handle formed at the other end of the drawing line is hydrated by centrifugal force to rotate the drawing line. The engaged part has an inner bar and an outer bar. The drawing line is wound through an incision part of the outer bar. A guide roller is formed at one side of the holding bar. The through-holes(27) are installed at the holding bar and the driving plate. |
