A drive rotator (58) extending from a motor operated fuel injection sub-throttle valve (52), is linked to a driven rotator (55) coupled to a pulley (56) of a main throttle valve (51) through a link mechanism, so that when the sub-throttle valve is fully opened and main throttle valve is closed, rotation from sub-throttle is transmitted to main throttle to open main throttle to specified angle, required for idling.
