A medical refrigerating showcase is provided to keep internal temperature uniformly at a temperature deviation of approximately 1‹C or less regardless of position, thereby storing medial stuff at the optimum state continuously and safely without change in quality. A medical refrigerating showcase includes a central cold air path(61) for circulating cold air generated from an evaporator with a blower fan(70) to guide the cold air upward in a rear space defined by inner and outer housings. A guide panel(80) is coupled at a side of an upper end of the central cold air guide for guiding the cold air in the forward and lateral directions. A forward cold air path(91) is formed in front of the guide panel for guiding the cold air from an upper part to a lower part of a refrigerating compartment. Right and left cold air guides(62,63) are connected at upper ends in the proximity of the guide panel and guide the cold air downward in a rear surface spaces of right and left walls of the inner housing. Right and left cold air outlets are formed in the right and left walls in the proximity of through-holes(H,H') of the right and left cold air paths.
