A floor having dimensional grain and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a dry touch feeling without a tacky touch feeling by forming a foaming layer on the floor through a micro-foaming capsule. A floor comprises a top surface processing layer(15), a surface layer(21) below the top surface processing layer, and a base layer(11) at the lower part of the surface layer. The surface layer is a foaming layer. A foaming composition containing a micro-foaming capsule(22) is coated by the foaming layer. The foaming composition includes 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of the micro-foaming capsule or 5 to 70 parts by weight of a plasticizer for 100 parts by weight of a polyvinyl chloride resin paste.
