An incoming-call management method of mobile telecommunication devices is provided. The method includes offering call screening options for telephone holder, and controls the procedure according to the telephone holder's settings and the caller's responses to certain questions, in particular as to whether the call is urgent. The disclosed options include putting the caller on hold, asking the caller to call back and allowing the caller to leave a message e.g. divert to voicemail. |
