<p>In the intersecting region of the cylinder sections, trapezoidal inlet and outlet ports are provided at the circumferential cylinder surface and are opposed to each other. Located in the interior of each cylinder section is a rotor where central longitudinal axes of the rotors and cylindrical sections are parallel. Each rotor is helically twisted when viewed in the longitudinal direction to create sinusoidal surface lines (12) that function as sealing lines. The rotors are driven about their center longitudinal axes in opposite directions (10,11).</p> |
