The adapter has a bladder catheter (1) with a proximal end (10) and a distal end (11), and a collecting vessel (4) with a connecting tube (40). The tube is connectable to the proximal end by a level connector below the formation of a lumen that passes through the distal end to the vessel, where the adapter is insertable below the extension of the lumen between the proximal end and the connector or the connector and the tube. A measuring channel discharging into the lumen is provided for an intra-abdominal pressure sensing line. An independent claim is also included for a urine collecting device with an adapter.
