A system and a method of an advertisement system using a traffic and travel information offer system are provided to enable a user to utilize TTI(Traffic and Travel Information) using a TPEG(Transport Protocol Expert Group) structure by installing software into a DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) receiver at a low cost without a set top box or a car navigation system. A DMB server comprises a data receiver, a data processing unit, an encoding unit and a data transmission unit. A basic data receiver(110) receives traffic information including advertisement information. A data processing unit(120) converts the received data into TTI data. An encoding unit(130) encodes the converted TTI data. A data transmission unit(140) transmits the encoded data to a DMB receiver. A software server(200) offers the software which is able to decode the encoded data to the DMB receiver. A DB server(300) stores at least one software. Further, the DMB receiver comprises a TTS(Text To Speech) processing unit. |
