An IC card, a method for remitting foreign currency with the IC card, and a program recording medium thereof are provided to enable a customer to process foreign currency remittance conveniently without inputting foreign currency remittance information by reading the foreign currency remittance information from the IC card storing the foreign currency remittance information of the customer. An interface supports data I/O(Input/Output) with a terminal. An IC chip stores foreign currency remittance information including at least one of a foreign currency remittance class, a foreign currency code, remittance amount, fee payer information, a local code, a country code, a bank number, a sender bank name, a sender bank address, a sender bank name, receiver information, a receiver account number, a receiver/sender address, phone number, and name, and a memo. A processor controls an application providing the foreign currency remittance information stored in the IC chip to a terminal through the interface. The IC chip stores the foreign currency remittance information by each receiver or receiver account number. |
