A device for removing bubbles of strip cleaning water is provided to recover and recycle alkali bubbles stably by eliminating alien substances contained in an alkali bubble solution flown into a mechanical bubble breaking device using centrifugal force of blades. A device for removing bubbles of strip cleaning water comprises an inflow pipe(10) into which an alkali cleaning solution and alkali bubbles containing contaminants adhered to a strip surface flow, a pretreatment filter tank(1) installed on an end of the inflow pipe, a first filter tank(5) divided by a first mesh(6) installed on one side face of the pretreatment filter tank, and a second filter tank(7) divided by a second mesh(8) installed on one side face of the first filter tank, wherein the device further comprises an alien substance collecting part(2) formed under the pretreatment filter tank, an alien substance discharge pipe(3) installed on a bottom face of the alien substance collecting part, a cooling water pipe(9) installed on a top part of the pretreatment filter tank, a plurality of spray nozzles(9a) installed in a bottom face of the cooling water pipe, wherein the first mesh has a smaller sieve size than the second mesh.
