An apparatus for discharging swarf in a tank is provided to prevent nozzle clogging or cleaning flaws due to the circulation of swarf by promptly discharging swarf included in cleaning water supplied from a cleaning equipment into the tank. An apparatus for discharging swarf in a tank comprises a pair of drive chain gears(321) installed on a drive shaft(320) in an inner upper part of the tank, a drive motor(322) installed on one end of the drive shaft, a pair of driven chain gears installed on a drive shaft in an inner lower part of the tank, chains(340) installed between the drive chain gears and the driven chain gears, swarf discharging units(400) installed on the chains, a chute(350) installed on one side face of the tank to guide swarf discharged by the swarf discharging units, a guide roll(351) installed on an upper part of the chute, a guiding plate installed on a lower part of the chute, and a swarf box installed on a lower end of the guiding pipe, wherein at least two of the swarf discharging units are installed in an equal distance and include a supporting bar(410) installed on the chains, a guide bar(420) rotatably installed on an end of the supporting bar by means of a hinge(440), a bucket(430) installed on the guide bar, and a spring(450) for elastically supporting the guide bar.
