A line pressure control system of a continuously variable transmission is provided to prevent an irregular variation of the CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission) by variably restricting excessive oil from being supplied to a line regulator valve. A line pressure control system of a continuously variable transmission includes a line regulator valve(6) and a secondary regulator valve, which control an oil amount from an oil pump(2) and supply the controlled result to respective elements. A pump flow control valve(4) is implemented between the oil pump and the line regulator valve, such that the oil amount supplied to the line regulator valve is variably controlled according to the number of rotations of an engine. The pump flow valve includes solenoid valves(S1,S2), which control the line regulator valve according to the number of rotations of the engine.
