An e-shape assembled case is provided to form grooves at only one side of a lid, and to let bolts not protruded outside and the side structures of the case bound together. An e-shape assembled case is manufactured by preparing an E-shape profile. The corners are separated in a vertical direction, but bound in a lateral direction of back and forth directions. A board is placed on the top, and four frames are insertedly fixed into upper and lower surfaces. Bolts are inserted into grooves that are formed at only one side of a lid, so that the bolts are not protruded outwardly, making a better appearance from the outside. The side structures of the case are bound to each other.
