An oil supplementary shock absorber is provided to improve a lack of oil and an inflow of gas into a compression chamber during a rebound stroke of the shock absorber. An oil supplementary shock absorber(100) comprises a piston valve(120), an inner barrel(140) receiving the piston valve therein, an outer barrel(160) enclosing the inner barrel, and an oil tank(190). The inner barrel is circumscribed with a rebound chamber(R) and a compression chamber(C). The outer barrel is provided on the outer surface of the inner barrel and forms a reservoir chamber(P) that communicates with the compression chamber. The oil tank communicates with the reservoir chamber through an opening formed on the outer barrel and stores oil to be supplemented in the reservoir chamber when the piston valve is raised upward.
