A cylindrical metal tip and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to cut a metal plate, which is transferred through a consistent process, by a predetermined size so that the cut metal plate is made as a tip having a cylindrical shape. A moving part(50) moves forward a metal plate entering from the rear portion of a lower frame by a driving part(60) as an upper frame moves up and down. A controller is fixed to the lower frame provided at the front portion of the moving part to prevent the metal plate from moving backward when the moving part moves backward. A molding part(105) curves or cuts a metal plate provided between an upper member(210) and a lower member(110) to make a cylindrical metal tip when the upper member is engaged with the lower member. The upper member is formed at the bottom surface of the upper frame to be elastically lifted by an elastic member. The lower member mates to the upper member.
