A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) substrate is provided to enable an electrostatic discharge device to reduce or remove static electricity applied through test pads, thereby protecting the TFT substrate from the static electricity. A shift register(20) is arranged in one side of a display area. A first pad is connected with the shift register through a first ground line. At least one second pad is connected with the shift register through at least one signal line. A first test pad is connected with the first pad, and supplies ground voltage. At least one second test pad is connected with at least one second pad, and supplies an operation signal. At least one first electrostatic discharge circuit(42~45,62~65) is connected between the first test pad(32~35,52~55) and the second test pad(31,51).
