A motor supporting structure of an indoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to assemble a plurality of motors for driving a plurality of blowers at one time by using a fixing plate, thereby improving workability. A motor supporting structure of an indoor unit of an air conditioner includes a plurality of blowers(110) received in a fan housing, a plurality of motors(120) provided at a side of the blowers via barrier walls, a fixing plate(130) of the indoor unit for fitting the motors from an upper part, and a drain pan(140) mounted at a side of the fan housing. The fixing plate has a plurality of motor receiving parts(132) for fitting the motors, blower receiving parts formed at upper parts of the receiving parts concavely for receiving the blowers, and a supporting part(136) provided between the motor receiving parts for supporting the motors from the drain pan.
