A system and a method for distributing a clock synchronization signal are provided to acquire a room space by generating various sorts of clock synchronization signals with one GPS satellite clock receiver and one clock synchronization signal distribution device. A system for distributing a clock synchronization signal includes a GPS satellite clock receiver(110), an optical signal converter(120), and a clock synchronization signal distribution device(130). The GPS satellite clock receiver receives a clock synchronization signal. The optical signal converter converts the received clock synchronization signal into a digital signal if the received clock synchronization signal is an analog signal. The clock synchronization distribution device generates and outputs a plurality of different clock synchronization signals using one of the received clock synchronization signal and the converted digital signal. The clock synchronization signal distribution device includes a determination unit which determines whether the clock synchronization signal is inputted.
