An air conditioning system using a ventilation device and an air conditioner is provided to guide cold room air to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner from an outlet duct of a ventilation device by means of a cooling duct, thereby improving the cooling efficiency of the air conditioner. An air conditioning system includes an air conditioner(100) having an indoor unit(110) and an outdoor unit(120), and a ventilation device(200) having an outlet duct(220), an inlet duct(210) and fans(230) mounted to the ducts respectively. A cooling duct(300) has an end connected to the outlet duct of the ventilation device and the other end mounted at the outdoor unit or in the proximity of the outdoor unit for guiding cold air discharged via the outlet duct to the outdoor unit.
