A backlight proof camera is provided to obtain two CCD(Charge Coupled Device) signals, divide the two images into plural small partitions, and produce one entire picture by selecting a region having more color signals and more contrast change among regions corresponding to the same part. Light passing through a lens or a beam splitter(1) is transmitted to two image sensors(2,4) by using a mirror(3) so as to be processed through different conditions. Two images are divides into plural small fragments. Among the fragments, fragments more suitable for conditions are selected to produce one image. The two image sensors for receiving the light passing through the lens or the beam splitter are simultaneously moved left and right or alternatively turned over or rotated.
