A secondary battery for preventing reverse insertion is provided to allow an inner pack to be adhered to a battery in the correct direction. A secondary battery for preventing reverse insertion comprises a bare cell(1); and a main cover(3) which is adhered to the first surface of the bare cell, wherein at least one reverse insertion-preventing groove(5) is formed in the at least one end of the both end in longitudinal direction of the main cover, and the reverse insertion preventing-groove has a shape selected from a multistep shape, a slope shape, a plane shape or their combination. |
