BUILT-IN ANTENNA FOR SLIDE TYPE PORTABLE TERMINAL

A built-in antenna for a slide type portable terminal is provided to realize the terminal with high quality by preventing deterioration of radiation performance through the controlling of a peak direction of a radiation pattern in an optimum condition. A built-in antenna for a slide type portable terminal includes an antenna carrier(30) and an actuator(33). The antenna carrier has an antenna radiator(40) rotatably installed inside a main body of the portable terminal at a predetermined angle. The actuator is installed or formed to be protruded at a predetermined length in a slide body direction from the antenna carrier. The actuator is interfered along sliding operation of the slide body and therefore the antenna carrier is rotated at a predetermined angle.
