An audio player with a function decreasing an environment noise is provided to reduce an energy consumption by reducing a replay sound and an environmental noise. An audio player with a function decreasing an environment noise includes an attenuation element(EP) mounted between an ear terminal of an earphone and an auditory sense of an ear to decay a sound. A decaying character P(f) is a sound character of the attenuation element in a auditory sense range of a human from an electrical input to the auditory sense. An anti-decaying character p is an reverse transmitting character of the decaying character P. A sound character is identical to the anti-decaying character p, or similar to the decaying character P. The sound character drives the attenuation element of the electrical circuit of the earphone. A switching function selects a function having the decaying character or a function having no the decaying character.
