A digital broadcasting signal and a device and a method for the same are provided to process the signal in real time whenever a channel state is changed even after setup to a current channel state, and supply the processed signal to a user. A digital broadcasting signal includes plural tables each having a specific purpose. In one table of the plural tables, information showing channel state change is included. The channel state change shows the effectiveness of a changed channel state. The information showing the channel state change has a first field including information showing change of an effectiveness state of the channel.
