A 3-stairs rail for a sliding wardrobe is provided to simplify the coupling and the structure of rails, to reduce the number of components used to prevent errors and hitches and to make a tray move smoothly. A 3-stairs rail for a sliding wardrobe includes a lower rail(110), an auxiliary rail(120) and an upper rail(130). The lower rail is fixed on the inner side of furniture. The auxiliary rail is inserted into the lower rail to move. The upper rail is fixed on a moving tray inside furniture and moves together with the tray. The moving distance of the upper rail and the auxiliary rail relative to the lower rail has a ratio of 2:1 when a tray is pulled out or put in. The moving distance of the upper rail relative to the lower rail is doubled.
