A device and a method for copying a memory at high speed are provided to write raw data directly to a target NAND flash memory to reduce time needed for writing the data loaded in a buffer of a CPU to the target NAND flash memory. A source NAND flash memory(220) stores raw data, and a target NAND flash memory(230) stores the raw data copied from the source NAND flash memory. An FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)(215) includes a program for writing the raw data stored in the source NAND flash memory to the target NAND flash memory, and writes the raw data stored in the source NAND flash memory to the target NAND flash memory in response to a copy command of a CPU(210) by using the program. An initial data storing part(205) stores the raw data provided to the source NAND flash memory. The CPU controls copy operation from the source NAND flash memory to the target NAND flash memory. A first filter(225) removes noise from the data transferred from the source NAND flash memory. A second filter(235) removes the noise from the data written to the target NAND flash memory.
