摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a microreactor (1) with a reaction chamber (2) and a heating element (3). A first channel (4) connects the reaction chamber (2) with the surroundings, and an auxiliary channel (5) is connected to the reaction chamber (2) and has a capillary hole (6) for pressure reduction. The reaction chamber, the first channel, and the auxiliary channel are integrally formed in a single, monolithic element (10), such as silicon. Also the heating element is produced in and/or on the single, monolithic element (10). The microreactor provides fast real-time access to monitor the chemical reactions to be studied in the reaction chamber (2) via the capillary leak in combination with efficient heating and cooling. As compared to the prior art there is no need for forced cooling or high power supplied to the microreactor (1).</p>
