A clock restoration method in a TDM(Time Division Multiplexing) service using a packet network is provided to solve signal loss and delay due to a timing distortion state which can occur when TDM signals are transmitted through a packet network. In a method for restoring an output clock through clock information received from a network, the local DCOs(Digitally Controlled Oscillators)(421-423) of a clock restorer(420) are driven on the basis of on clock information generated from a result of the packet synchronization of a CET(Circuit Emulation Timing) algorithm. As a result, a TDM output clock is obtained. A reference clock source(410), which provides exquisite clocks from the external, is connected to a TDM clock input port(TDM_CLKIP), and the reference clock source(410) is used in differential mode only.
