A cool and hot air separating structure of a dual type air conditioning module for an automobile is provided to keep a high temperature difference between air discharged in different directions by mounting a guide plate vertically to a diaphragm. A cool and hot air separating structure of a dual type air conditioning module for an automobile includes a case(10) having an inner space mounted with a diaphragm(50) perpendicularly to the height direction of a heater core(30) and an evaporator core(20), so that the inner space of the case is defined into upper and lower spaces(12,13) with different outlets and fluid is prevented from being mixed together by the diaphragm. The diaphragm is mounted with a vertical guide plate(60) for separating high and low temperature air from each other while the air advances toward the outlets.
