The immunostimulator with antitumoral effect consists of nonpathogenic viral culture, produced via adaption to tumor tissue an enterovirus strain of type ECHO Picornaviridae Enterovirus, which could be commonly isolated from the intestinal tract of the humans. The peculiarity is that this enterovirus strain is isolated from the intestinal tract of 2-5 years old children and passaging was carried out in the tumor tissue from various patients, with successive propagation of the adapted strain by passaging in human embryonic fibroblast culture. <??>The method developed for producing ensures the maximum immunostimulating activity of the preparation. <??>This immunostimulator is actively suppressing malignant growth in case of relapses, extending the period time of dissemination. Moreover, metastases predominantly are subcutaneous and in lymph nodes, which could be removed comparatively easy. |
